Litezilla’s signature LitePins are a stand-out in the industry. LiteZilla Illumineers spent years working directly with the world’s best acrylic manufacturers to produce our custom line of LitePins that are the brightest, strongest, and most durable pieces on the market. Each LitePin color is created from custom dye formulas we developed, largely based on what colors provide the best impact in the LiteZilla grid.

After each LitePin is cut to length, our finishing process includes a polishing procedure to create a smooth end with no sharp edges and to ensure they produce the deepest and brightest color transmission possible. They have a transparency rate of 93%, making them the clearest material known. They boast a strength that is 10X stronger than glass.

LitePins Care: Our LitePins are strong, but they aren’t made of steel! If LitePins are dropped over a hard surface (like tile or stone), over time, the edges of the ends will feel coarse and will develop small chips in them. If the flooring is hard, we recommend that a runner or soft mat is placed below the LiteZilla.

Cleaning: Cleaning our LitePins is easy. Each can be cleaned with a cloth and medical-grade cleaner of your choice, or placed in our LitePin Sanitation Tray and cleaned in your dishwasher set to the Sanitize or Standard setting.

Safety: Our standard length LitePins have been cleared by a licensed pediatrician as non-choking hazards. Additionally, they have been tested using the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC), Small Objects Tester and pass all requirements for choking safety.

To avoid injuries and maintain a safe environment, the LitePins should not be used in any other way other than their intended purpose.

FRAME AND GRID

The LiteZilla grid and frame in our standard units are constructed from medical-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Our MINI and select standard units can be built with a finished wood exterior. Each standard LiteZilla features illuminated storage cubbies at the bottom of the unit for easy access and storage of the LitePins.

There are no internal moving parts and no flaps over the grid holes making LiteZillas distinctly durable and virtually maintenance-free.

LIGHTS

Our custom built LED backlights are some of the most reliable in the industry. They boast a 70,000 hour lifespan (compared to 50,000 for most), and are engineered for use not only in bright rooms and outdoors, but also in dimly lit spaces.

COLORS

Each LiteZilla arrives with a set of colorful translucent LitePins in every color of the rainbow! They are engineered to fit comfortably into the board’s holes and illuminate instantly when inserted.

SIZE AND SAFETY

Standard LitePins are 4” long x 1” in diameter. Mini LitePins are 2” long x 1” in diameter. They are not affected by sunlight, moisture, or heat. After each LitePin is cut to length, our finishing process includes a polishing procedure to create a smooth end with no sharp edges and to ensure they produce the brightest color transmission possible.

Our LitePins have been tested and cleared for choking safety by a licensed pediatrician as well as the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s Small Objects Tester.

ELECTRICAL

All of the LiteZilla electrical components re UL Recognized and tested thoroughly before shipping.

POWER CUBBY

Power supplies for standard units are safely and conveniently located in the power cubby. The cubby has been designed to fit over the electrical outlet that will power the LiteZilla.

WALL-OUTLET AND ENERGY

The main power supply plugs into a standard 110V electrical outlet, but units can also be hardwired upon request.

Each unit is built with energy-efficient LEDs and draws between 10A-25A (depending on size).

ON/OFF

A non-dimming on/off decora-style light switch is built into the right side of the frame of our standard units. Lights can be dimmable upon request.

LITEZILLA

The LiteZilla frame, grid, and storage cubbies can be cleaned with medical-grade wipes or an all- purpose cleaner paired with a non-abrasive cloth.

LITEPINS

LitePins can be cleaned with a damp cloth or disinfectant wipes and are dishwasher safe.

SHIPPING

Our shipping department handles all the logistics of getting your LiteZilla from our workshop to your front door.

We are experts in freight, custom brokerage, export, and compliance—allowing us to ship virtually anywhere in the world. Delivery times vary depending on location and crate size.

Your new standard LiteZilla unit will arrive fully-assembled, safely packed in a wooden crate, with all hardware required for installation. The courier can deliver to a loading dock if one is available. Otherwise, our standard delivery service includes delivery to the exterior of the building.

White-glove shipping can be added to select orders and our courier will uncrate the unit, bring it inside and remove the crate.

MINIs arrive safely packed in a custom box via a local carrier.

INSTALLATION

Crate unpacking, interior transport, installation, and shipping material disposal are the sole responsibilities of the customer. Installation services are NOT included.

Color Disclaimer:

Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. If it is important that the LitePins be exact, it is highly recommended that you order a sample first. Just because products have the same color name that does not mean they are the same exact color. Also don’t mistake the color name to be what you may think that color should be. Example, just because a color may have the name Turquoise Blue , does not mean it will necessarily look like what you may consider to be a Turquoise Blue color. When color match is important, please order samples of all colors you wish to consider purchasing to avoid any confusion.
